High school volleyball standout Bang Kang-ho was selected first overall by Korea Electric Power in the 2025-2026 KOVO men's rookie draft. The draft order was determined by lottery based on the previous season's standings, with Korea Electric Power winning the first pick. Samsung Fire Insurance selected Lee Woo-jin second, OK Savings Bank chose Park In-woo third, Woori Card picked Son Yu-min fourth, Korean Air selected Lee Jun-ho fifth, Hyundai Capital chose Jang Ah-sung sixth and KB Insurance selected Im Dong-gyun seventh.

Trinidad and Tobago hosted a beach volleyball development camp from August 27-30, 2025, at the Courland Beach Sport Arena. Organized by the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC), CAZOVA, and the TTVF in partnership with the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB), the camp aimed to nurture young talent and prepare athletes for upcoming tournaments, including the 2026 Dakar Youth Olympic Games and the 2027 Pan American Games in Lima. Led by coach Paulo Roberto Moreira da Costa, the camp hosted 54 athletes and coaches from eight Caribbean countries. The event culminated in a tournament series and was part of CAZOVA's development program, supported by Olympic Solidarity funding.

Pyo Seung-ju, a veteran outside hitter who retired after the 2024-2025 season, will have her national team retirement ceremony at the '2025 Korea Invitational Jinju International Women's Volleyball Tournament'. The ceremony will take place on August 17 before the game against Czechia. Pyo Seung-ju played a key role in leading the team to the semi-finals at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
