The International Olympic Committee (IOC) announced the 15 finalists for the Climate Action Awards 2025, recognizing initiatives in sustainability across the Olympic Movement. The awards, supported by Deloitte, include finalists from athletes, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), and International Federations (IFs) for their impactful projects. Winners will be announced before the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

IOC President Thomas Bach visited Andorra for the Games of the Small States of Europe, Doha for the International Table Tennis Federation World Championships, and Munich for the UEFA Champions League final. In Andorra, he emphasized inclusivity and met with NOC presidents. In Doha, he presented awards at the ITTF event and discussed sports policy with Qatar's leaders.
