Greg Easton was elected as the new President of World Archery at a summit in Gwangju, South Korea, succeeding Ugur Erdener after 20 years. The 49th ASOIF General Assembly was held in Lausanne on June 11, 2025, chaired by President Ingemar de Vos. Four ASOIF Council positions were elected: Nenad Lalovic (United World Wrestling) was re-elected, Jean-Christophe Rolland (World Rowing) and Andreas Zagklis (International Basketball Federation) were newly elected, and Ximena Restrepo (World Athletics) was elected for a two-year term. Los Angeles 2028, Brisbane 2032, and Dakar 2026 OCOGs provided updates. ANOC Secretary General Gunilla Lindberg attended, emphasizing cooperation between IFs and ANOC.
