In April 2025, the Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP) conducted three projects in Saudi Arabia, including a "Train the Trainer" workshop in AlUla for 35 local teachers and coaches in collaboration with the Saudi Olympic Academy and the Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU). Additionally, an OVEP-inspired program was launched at a local girls' school, and the Olympic Studies Diploma in Riyadh featured OVEP as a foundational module, leading to eight project proposals. A seminar on Olympic Education and Teaching Values was also held at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) in Riyadh.

Park Joo-hee, Chairperson of the International Sport Strategy Committee (ISF) and Korean Sport & Olympic Committee Asian Sports Ambassador, has been elected as an Executive Board member of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), the first Korean woman to hold this position. The election took place at the 45th OCA General Assembly in Kuwait City, where she was unanimously approved by the 45 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and will also serve as the Chairperson of the OCA Athletes Relations Committee.

A delegation led by Timothy Fok, President of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong (SF&OC), visited Beijing in early April 2025 to strengthen sports ties and promote Hong Kong as a host for major events. Discussions with Xia Baolong, Zhou Ji, and Gao Zhidan of the Chinese Olympic Committee focused on Hong Kong's sports advancements, including hosting the 2026 Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) General Assembly and the new Kai Tak Sports Park. Fok emphasized Hong Kong's role in national development, international event hosting, and collaboration for the 15th National Games. Kenneth Fok highlighted professional training and strategic alliances, including collaboration with the International Olympic Academy and the National Olympic Academy of China.

The Hellenic Olympic Committee (HOC) has appointed Demosthenis Gyrousi as head of delegation for Milano Cortina 2026 and Petros Synadinos for Los Angeles 2028. Gyrousi will support athletes for the Winter Games in Italy, while Synadinos, who held the same role at Paris 2024, will lead the delegation for Los Angeles 2028. The HOC also announced members of the Marketing Committee chaired by Synadinos, the Scientific Committee led by Konstantinos Ditsios, and added Konstantinos Pantazis to the Torch Relay Committee.

Isidoros Kouvelos, the newly elected president of the Hellenic Olympic Committee (HOC), emphasized unity and continuity in his first meeting with the HOC staff after succeeding Spyros Capralos, who served for 16 years. Kouvelos aims to support athletes, promote Olympic education, and enhance the Torch Relay, while treasurer Antonis Nikolopoulos highlighted the HOC's healthy financial state.
