Donal Rukare, a Ugandan sports leader, was elected as the new president of the Commonwealth Games Federation (405) in Glasgow. He is the first African to hold this position. WADA's Athlete Engagement and Major Event Anti-Doping Legacy Programme is promoting clean sport at the Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, Paraguay.
