UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) is implementing a comprehensive anti-doping program for British athletes ahead of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. UKAD will deploy doping control officers to the games and has launched a Clean Games Policy until after Los Angeles 2028. This is in partnership with the British Olympic and Paralympic Associations. UKAD is also launching a campaign in December to promote fair play.

The International Testing Agency (ITA) published a new study mapping the pharmacological effects of prohibited substances to the physiological characteristics of Olympic sports, building on its 2022 research. The study, involving experts in sports pharmacology, analyzed 31 WADA prohibited substance categories and linked them to athletic performance domains. The findings will assist anti-doping organizations in designing more effective testing strategies by identifying sport-specific doping risks and optimizing resource allocation. The ITA aims to improve the effectiveness of detection programs through evidence-based strategies.

The International Testing Agency (ITA) and the University of Queensland (UQ) have partnered to establish an ITA Academic Centre, which will support the anti-doping program for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This collaboration will provide access to the ITA's training programs and databases for UQ students, staff and alumni, promoting clean sport through education and research. The initiative, supported by Sport Integrity Australia, aims to strengthen anti-doping efforts in the Australia-Oceania region and globally.

The International Testing Agency (ITA) and the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA) signed an agreement to implement an independent anti-doping program for the 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 7-21. The ITA will oversee all anti-doping operations, including testing, education, and results management, to ensure athlete protection and competition integrity.
